Carissa Trast Bio

Carissa Trast joined Silver Lake in 2014 and is a Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she was an associate attorney at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where she focused on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Carissa holds a B.A. in Sociology from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a J.D. from Hofstra University, School of Law.
