Patrick Handreke Bio

Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany Patrick finished his bank apprenticeship with the Hamburger Bank von 1861 and subsequently attended the University of Toronto completing his undergraduate degree in Commerce & Economics in 1988 (B.A.). Patrick serves as Chairman of Northam Realty Advisors Limited, a Canadian real estate investment management firm primarily funded by European institutional and family office capital with a current, largely commercial property portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet. Additionally, he serves as a director of several European investment management and holding companies targeting international property, private equity and portfolio investments. As the Chairman & Co-founder of Signal Hill Equity Partners, Patrick chairs the Investment Committee and oversees investor relationships, fund raising and business development initiatives in Europe.
