Joyce Li Bio

Joyce Li joined in 2019 as a Vice President on the Portfolio Operations team and focuses on creating operational value throughout the life cycle of Sightway’s platform investments. Prior to joining, Joyce was a director in the Deal Advisory group at KPMG. In this role she focused on due diligence and transaction advisory services for domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisition, and divestiture projects across the financial services industry. Joyce holds an M.S. in Accounting from The University of Notre Dame and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China. She is also a CFA Charterholder and a CPA in the state of New York.
