Pete is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, as well as assisting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shoreline, Pete was an Analyst at Jefferies in the Industrials Group where he worked with middle market companies on a variety of capital markets and mergers & acquisitions advisory transactions. Pete graduated with a B.S. in Human & Organizational Development and minors in Economics and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University. Pete escaped the fast-paced life of New York City for the more balanced beach life in the fall of 2019. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball (despite a horrific jump shot), reading anything by Michael Lewis, and finding great travel deals. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Pete loves Dungeness crab and is a hopeless fanatic of the 49ers, SF Giants, and Golden State Warriors.
