Mike Mancini Bio

Mike is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, as well as assisting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shoreline, Mike was an Associate in the Investment Banking division of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he worked with middle market companies on a variety of mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital markets transactions. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. Mike was born in Connecticut and moved with his family to the Jacksonville area in 2006. After spending time in Atlanta after college, he relocated back home to Jacksonville with his wife, Katie. Mike is a passionate fan of the Gators and Yankees, as well as both the Giants and Jaguars for option value. While the fall is reserved for football and postseason baseball, Mike spends the rest of the year playing golf, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family, including his son Jack.
