Steve Malley Bio

Steve is a Partner at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Steve’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of the Shore Real Estate Platform. Prior to joining Shore, Steve Co-Founded Crimson Capital LLC, a private investment firm specializing in commercial real estate investments and development. While at Crimson, Steve was responsible for investments and dispositions totaling more than $350 million of invested capital. Previously, Steve worked in the Acquisitions Group at JP Morgan Real Estate and was involved in transactions totaling more than one billion dollars of gross investments. Steve received a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University.
