Mike is a Vice President at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Mike is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments. Prior to joining Shore, Mike worked as an Associate at Altaris Capital Partners, an investment firm based in New York which is focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. Before joining Altaris, Mike worked as an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Division. Mike received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
