Jeff Williams Bio

Jeff Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Jeff’s responsibilities include implementing firm strategic initiatives, driving internal Shore proprietary processes, firm talent management, and working with portfolio management teams to improve their operational performance. Jeff has over ten years of senior level experience in middle-market private equity owned businesses across a variety of industries. Most recently, Jeff served as the CFO of Novipax, a $250 million revenue food packaging company owned by Atlas Holdings. While CFO, Jeff led the company through multiple refinancing processes and multiple acquisitions, while building a world class finance, IT, and pricing organization. Previously, Jeff was CFO of the Coveris North American Food and Consumer Division owned by Sun Capital Partners and held various VP roles at two portfolio companies of Cerberus Capital. Prior to his industry experience Jeff spent eight years in public accounting with the most recent at PWC as a Manager in their Transactions Services Group. Jeff received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
