Don Pierce Bio

Don is a Partner at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Don is primarily responsible for the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities and operating executives in the medical devices field. Don maintains lead responsibility for Innovia Medical, IZI Medical, and Argentum Medical investments where he actively works with management to identify and implement new growth initiatives. Outside of the office, Don is actively involved with the Mission of Our Lady of the Angels, Big Shoulders Fund and served on the board of the Notre Dame Club of Chicago. Don received a B.B.A., cum laude, in Finance with a concentration in International Business from the University of Notre Dame.
