Jarrett Wood Bio

Jarrett assists in the sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring of private credit and equity investments. Prior to joining SharpVue, he served in principal investing roles at Triangle Capital Corp. and Gladstone Capital Corp., two publicly traded business development companies. In these roles, Jarrett underwrote and structured debt and equity securities in lower middle market companies for buyout, recapitalization, and growth capital transactions. Jarrett began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets where he was responsible for advising aerospace companies and government contractors on M&A advisory and private placement transactions.
