Tom Miller Bio

As a Managing Director, Tom is responsible for deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships. Prior to joining Serent, Tom worked at Harvey & Company, a merchant banking firm in Newport Beach, where he originated and evaluated several successful acquisitions for middle-market private equity funds and strategic buyers. While there, he was actively involved in investment strategies in the business services, financial services, aerospace & defense and consumer products sectors. Tom holds a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
