Pallavi Thatai Bio

As a Vice President at Serent Capital, Pallavi is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Serent Capital, Pallavi was an investment professional at Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm that invests in founder-owned businesses. While there, Pallavi was responsible for evaluating and executing investments in companies in the technology and healthcare markets and working closely with portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives. She began her career as an investment banker at Greenhill & Co., where she assisted clients in the infrastructure and industrial sectors on M&A transactions and public-private partnerships. Pallavi received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Arts and Sciences.
