As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Natalie works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives. Prior to joining Serent, Natalie was embedded within the Platinum Equity portfolio as an operating executive focused on driving transformational, value creating initiatives including go-to-market redesign, business digitization, and post-merger integration. Previously, Natalie was at Vista Consulting Group, the operating arm of Vista Equity Partners where she worked in Value Creation, leading a variety of strategy, go-to-market, and operational initiatives, and on BOSS, a flagship Vista program focused implementation of core operating systems especially in lead-to-cash across its portfolio. In addition, Natalie has experience in early stage, venture-backed technology companies doing sales and business development. She began her career at Houlihan Lokey in investment banking. Natalie holds an MBA from the Acton School of Business and a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
