John Caselli Bio

As a Principal, John is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies. He is primarily focused on companies within the healthcare and software sectors. Prior to joining Serent Capital, John worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banker in the Global Technology group in San Francisco. While there, he assisted clients in the Software, eCommerce, and Digital Media spaces execute on M&A transactions, equity offerings and debt financings. John holds a B.A. in Economics and History with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated with honors.
