As Vice President at Serent Capital, Ilan is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Serent Capital, Ilan was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Chicago. In this role, he worked with leading private equity funds to evaluate investment opportunities and develop portfolio strategies, as well as advised businesses across a variety of industries on growth strategy and operational improvements. Ilan holds a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
