Emily is an Associate Director at Serent Capital. She is responsible for identifying executive talent, recruiting leaders into key roles, and implementing human capital strategies for Serent portfolio companies. Prior to Serent, Emily worked at Guidepoint, an expert network and research firm that connects investors with subject matter experts. Emily has worked with Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients in recruiting executives and finding relevant expertise across various industries. Emily has received a Bachelors in Economics from Willamette University.
