As a Director of Sourcing Operations at Serent Capital, Chrissi works with the business development, marketing, investment, and executive teams support of investment sourcing operations, including the development and implementation of sourcing process improvements. Prior to joining Serent Capital, Chrissi worked as the sales analytics and inventory operations manager for the wholesale division of Kendra Scott. Before Kendra Scott, Chrissi gained her experience in opportunity elevation and sales projecting and reporting in both the oil and gas and financial services industries. Chrissi holds a BBA in Finance from Texas State University.
