Paul Frascoia Bio

Paul Frascoia joined Sequel Holdings as an Operating Partner in September 2023. Prior to joining Sequel Holdings, Mr. Frascoia served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Molding, LLC, a multinational injection molding business with manufacturing facilities in three countries serving multiple industries including medical, auto, military, tactical gear, and various commercial markets. Prior to National Molding, Mr. Frascoia spent nineteen years leading the Critical Process Systems Group (CPSG) and predecessor entities as they grew into a small conglomerate providing design, construction, and leading-edge equipment supporting semiconductor, biotech, pharma, wastewater and other industries. CPSG was a portfolio company of Sequel Holdings from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Frascoia is a CPA and prior to CPSG he served in financial leadership positions in the winter sports industry at Burton Snowboards and the Turtle Fur Company. He began his career with Deloitte in their Boston audit practice followed by two years of audit and business consulting for a regional firm based in New England. Mr. Frascoia has a BS in Business from the University of Vermont and has participated in professional leadership workshops at Harvard Business School and other CPE providers.
