Minwen, Wu Bio

Prior to establishing the company, Mr. Wu was the CEO of China Century Securities (“CCS”) , one of the top investment banks in China; he was also then the youngest CEO of China’s securities industry. Prior to that, Mr. Wu worked in China’s central bank and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”, China’s “SEC”), where he oversaw financial institutions, and helped government to build up China capital market policies. Mr. Wu received his BA in Finance from Hunan University, China and his EMBA from National Development Research Institute of Peking University, China.
