Tom Hendrick Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2016, Mr. Hendrick led U.S. origination and trading and focused on Wall Street intermediaries, banks and other financial institutions at Strategic Value Partners. He was also an assistant portfolio manager on the Strategic Value Credit Opportunities Fund. Previously, Mr. Hendrick co-founded the bank loan trading desk at DLJ (later Credit Suisse) in New York and held positions on the trading desks at Citibank and Merrill Lynch. He began his career at Continental Bank in Chicago. Mr. Hendrick received a BS from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Indiana University.
