Prior to joining Searchlight in 2016, Mr. Maass was an associate at Riverstone Holdings in New York, where he focused on investments in the energy industry. He began his career as a mergers and acquisitions investment banking analyst at Lazard in New York. Mr. Maass received a BA from Hamilton College.
