Nadir Nurmohamed Bio

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2014, Mr. Nurmohamed was an associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt in Toronto, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Previously, he was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Shearman & Sterling in New York. Mr. Nurmohamed received a BA from McGill University and a JD from the University of Toronto. He has been admitted to the Ontario and New York Bar.
