Prior to joining Searchlight in 2019, Ms. Greene was the Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Varagon Capital Partners. Previously, she was a managing director at BlackRock, where she raised capital for hedge fund and private credit offerings and a director at Anchorage Capital Group, where she managed the firm’s relationships with a range of domestic and foreign institutional investors, including pension plans, endowments, foundations and sovereign wealth funds. She received a BCom from McGill University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
