Steve Schwinger Bio

Steve re-joined Seaport in 2023 having been at Seaport previously from 2000 to 2005 as the firm’s controller. Steve leads the Firm’s accounting, finance, compliance and administrative functions and participates in its transaction structuring and its partner reporting and communications program. Prior to re-joining Seaport, Steve spent 17 years as Chief Financial Officer and Partner at TruArc Partners, a middle market private equity fund currently managing over $2.7 billion in private equity investments. Earlier in his career he worked at Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP, specializing in the audits of hedge funds and private equity funds. Steve received a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
