Michael Stern Bio

Michael joined Seaport Capital in 2017. Prior to joining Seaport, he worked for four years in private equity at CapitalSpring, focusing primarily on buyout equity and debt investments in the restaurant industry. Michael also has four years of investment banking experience at J.P. Morgan and Sterne Agee & Leach prior to obtaining his MBA. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
