Alan Rich Bio

Alan joined Seacoast Capital in 2014. Prior to joining Seacoast, Mr. Rich worked as an Associate for Harris Williams & Co. in Boston, MA, where he executed M&A transactions primarily for middle market industrial companies. His prior work experience includes working at Wells Fargo Bank in their Debt Capital Markets Group, both as an Associate in the Private Placements Group and as an Analyst in the Corporate Syndications Group. Mr. Rich received an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
