Qazi Fazal Bio

Qazi Fazal is a Partner at SDC. Prior to joining SDC, Qazi was a Senior Managing Director since 2008 at Evercore. He has almost three decades of experience working with companies across a variety of industries on developing strategic alternatives and in executing mergers, acquisitions, sale and restructuring transactions. Most recently, he co-headed Evercore’s telecom industry group where he worked with the world’s leading communications infrastructure companies. Prior to Evercore, he was with Miller Buckfire & Co. and its predecessor entity, Wasserstein Perella & Co (DrKW). Qazi earned an A.B. from Harvard University.
