Felix Rieder Bio

Felix Rieder has been with Süd Beteiligungen GmbH since 2025. He is passionate about supporting acquisitions and sales as well as the further development of medium-sized companies. Thanks to his many years of experience with a private equity fund and an industrial holding company, he has extensive experience in corporate investments and a deep understanding of the challenges facing medium-sized companies from a wide range of transactions. He began his career in the transaction services department of an auditing firm and subsequently worked in the mergers & acquisitions & business development department for a listed healthcare group. Mr. Rieder studied at the University of Bayreuth and in Lyon, France. He has also completed further training as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and as a certified member of the supervisory board/advisory board.
