Stephan Ruoff Bio

Stephan Ruoff is Global Head of Insurance Linked Securities at Schroders Capital. He joined Schroders Group in 2019 and is based in Zurich. From 2015 to 2019, Stephan was Chief Executive Officer at Tokio Millennium Re (TMR). During this period, he also served as a non-executive director of Tokio Marine Kiln. Prior to this, he occupied various executive positions in the reinsurance industry and holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin and a Diploma in Insurance Management from the University of St. Gallen.
