Linda Erkkila is the general counsel and executive vice president for Safeguard Properties, with oversight responsibilities for the legal, human resources, training, compliance, and audit departments. Linda’s broad scope of oversight covers regulatory issues that impact Safeguard’s operations, pro-active risk mitigation, enterprise strategic planning, human capital and training initiatives, compliance and audit services, litigation and claims management, and counsel related to mergers, and acquisitions and joint ventures.
