Rael Nurick Bio

Rael's background includes investment banking, distressed debt and private & public equities. Prior to co-founding Sandton Capital, Rael worked at Knighthead Capital Management where he invested in distressed bank loans, high yield bonds and other hybrid securities. Prior to Knighthead, Rael was on the principal investing team at GoldenTree Asset Management where he invested in debt and equity securities in a variety of industries. Rael also worked on the investment team, as a generalist, at private equity firm Vestar Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, Rael worked in the leveraged finance group in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse.
