Debby Pennington Bio

Debby joined Salt Creek Capital in 2022. She currently focuses on deal origination, transaction execution and supporting the growth of existing portfolio companies. Prior to Salt Creek, Debby provided buy-side targeted search services to lower middle-market private equity clients for Andra Partners. Earlier in her career, she independently provided deal sourcing, sell-side advisory, and start-up business planning and development services to her clients. At Deloitte Consulting and Anderson Consulting, she supported client merger integrations and analyzed merger-related synergies. Debby graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with majors in Mathematics and Philosophy and holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. At Vanderbilt, she was an NCAA Division I soccer player.
