Dan Mytels Bio

Dan Mytels co-founded Salt Creek Capital as he mergered his predecessor firm onto the platform in 2010. He leads new investments and serves as a director on the board of several portfolio companies. Prior to Salt Creek, Dan was the founder and Managing Director of a successful boutique investment and merchant bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions for lower middle market companies where he completed approximately forty transactions covering a wide range of industries. Earlier in his career, Dan founded a venture capital backed technology company, was a strategic consultant with Arthur D. Little, and a financial consultant within specialty tax and valuation groups at Deloitte & Touches LLP. Dan earned his B.S. in Management Science at the University of California at San Diego.
