Logan Trotter Bio

Logan Trotter is a Principal of the firm and has over 13 years of experience in capital markets and structured finance. Additionally, Logan has been an active investor and entrepreneur since 2005. Logan’s experience includes founding several companies including a residential construction company, two real estate development companies and a real estate brokerage company. Prior to these ventures, Logan served as a Director at Wachovia Securities in its Structured Credit Products Group where he focused on the securitization of a range of asset classes and led the Bank’s first Collateralized Debt Obligation. Logan graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Economics and Finance, and received his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
