Michael Browne Bio

Michael (“Mike”) Browne joined Sageview Capital in 2019 and is a Vice President in the Greenwich office. Mike is responsible for sourcing, executing, and supporting the firm’s investments. Before joining Sageview, Mike worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA) in New York. At BofA, Mike worked on various M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements in the technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors. He attended the University of Pennsylvania and received a B.S.E. in Computer Science. Mike currently lives in Manhattan and spends his free time reading, playing rec. league basketball, and watching the New York Knicks.
