Nicolas Bonnard Bio

Nicolas Bonnard has served as a Director at Sagard in Europe since 2020. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Nicolas invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in originating and executing deals, as well as tracking investment performance. He is based in Paris. Prior to Sagard, Nicolas was Investment Director at CVC Capital Partners in Paris, where he was involved in various investments, notably in healthcare and financial services. He began his career in the Project Finance team at Bouygues Construction. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.
