Michelle Sibley Bio

Michelle Sibley is the Chief Financial Officer of SCG Asset Management and Sachs Capital Group. Over the past twenty years, Michelle has been responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including corporate finance, financial modeling, treasury management, accounting, tax research and analysis, and oversight of all financial transactions. Michelle is also responsible for all of Sachs Capital Group’s merger and acquisition activity, including negotiation and structuring of deal terms and legal documentation. Prior to joining Sachs Capital Group in 2004, Michelle was a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, focusing primarily in the hedge fund and alternative investment practices. During her public accounting career, Michelle was responsible for tax planning, structuring of derivative transactions, tax compliance, and managerial oversight of more than 50 people. Michelle earned a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
