Jon Franke Bio

Jon is Rubicon’s chief financial officer and chief compliance officer. He orchestrates key behind-the-scenes operations, overseeing Rubicon’s finance and back office activities. Before joining Rubicon, Jon was a tax partner in PwC’s asset and wealth management practice. During his 24 years at PwC, he served some of the largest and most complex private equity and venture capital firms in the world. He has become a trusted authority on structuring funds, investments and everything related to pooled investment vehicles and their owners. Jon holds a master of science in Accounting-Taxation from the University of Colorado Boulder and a bachelor of arts in mathematics from Binghamton University. He is a CPA in Colorado and California.
