Jason Winsten Bio

Jason is a partner at Rubicon and joined the firm when it was established in 2012. He sits on the boards of ABOUT (formerly Central Logic), AudienceView, Bamboo Rose, Cin7, EverTrue, Harver (formerly Outmatch), and Uptempo (formerly BrandMaker). Prior to their respective exits, Jason sat on the boards of AppNeta, Aucerna, Astute, Personify, QSR International, Scaled Agile, and Uplight. Before joining Rubicon, Jason was an investment professional at Court Square Capital. Prior to Court Square Capital, Jason worked in the leveraged finance group at CIBC World Markets. Jason holds a bachelor of science in finance, with highest distinction, from Pennsylvania State University, and a master of business administration from Columbia Business School.
