Aileen Yan Bio

Aileen is a principal at Rubicon. Before joining Rubicon, Aileen spent seven years at KKR and Clayton, Dubilier and Rice sourcing and executing private equity transactions and serving on the board of directors of several portfolio companies. She began her career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley in New York. Aileen holds a bachelor of science in operations research, cum laude, from Columbia University and a master of business administration with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
