Peter Brock Bio

Peter is an economist of Bonn University and a scholar of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He researched his PHD in Bonn and Madrid. He spent a number of years with Bain & Co. as a member of its German management team before leaving to become an entrepreneur in 1989. This involved founding a catering chain, becoming majority owner of a fashion retail chain and, as CEO, managing the turnaround of an international fashion group. In 2000 Peter became a founding partner in the mid-cap private equity fund EquiVest, with active involvement in the management of the portfolio companies. Peter joined Rubicon partners in 2011, heading the Munich office. He is currently either support or lead partner on cross-border portfolio companies. Peter has made an important contribution to the cultural integration of Rubicon Partners European activities and our ability to reach out to German Mittelstand.
