Daniel O'Neill Bio

Daniel is responsible for transaction origination and execution as well as providing operational and strategic support to portfolio companies. Daniel joined Rubicon Partners in 2014 from Robert W. Baird in London where he advised European and American clients on M&A transactions. He has advised on both buy- and sell-side transactions as well as debt refinancing in the Business Services, Technology and Industrial sectors. He previously worked as a technology strategy analyst at Barclays Wealth, advising management on a transformational strategic programme and began his career as a technology analyst at Merrill Lynch. He also completed an internship at Fidelity Investments in Boston. Daniel holds a BSc in Business Information Systems (1st Class Honours) from the University College Cork, Ireland.
