Bobby Virdi Bio

Bobby, who is from Tanzania, started his career at Rubicon Partners in 2012 as an Associate. He was promoted to Principal after completing his MBA and has been a Partner since 2022. He sits on the Rubicon Partners Investment Committee. Bobby’s career in Private Equity started with H.I.G. Capital in London in 2007, being instrumental in establishing their UK investment origination efforts. Bobby has also held Private Equity investment roles with Cairngorm Capital and Development Partners International (DPI), in addition to working in Mergers & Acquisitions with Harris Williams & Co. Bobby holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE).
