Jeffrey Bartlett Bio

Founder of RSA, the successor to Rudolph Stone Associates, offers over 25 years of acquisition and divestiture experience. Mr. Bartlett worked with RSA/Rudolph Stone for over ten years, during which he successfully led a number of transactions that generated strong returns for RSA's investor group. Prior to RSA, Mr. Bartlett was Vice President of Venture Investments for M&I Ventures Corporation, where he structured and executed leveraged buyout transactions, including a buyout of a $50 million revenue paper manufacturer/converter. His role also included working with portfolio company management teams to improve financial performance and execute follow-on acquisitions. Mr. Bartlett's previous experience includes a senior role in Ernst & Young's Corporate Development Group, where he directed a number of M&A assignments for a broad range of clients, including NYSE multinationals and mid-market privately held companies. Mr. Bartlett began his career in lending at JPMorgan Chase in New York.
