Giulia Traverso Bio

Giulia has 10 years of experience as a Legal and Compliance expert mainly in the financial service industry. Giulia is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Royalton Partners. Prior to joining Royalton Partners, she worked at IQEQ Fund Management as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager and Waystone Manco/Corporate Services as the Conducting Officer responsible for Compliance matters. Her responsibilities included leading the Compliance Function and strategic projects for the firm. Since 2021, she was also appointed as MLRO/RC and sat on the board of several Luxembourg-investments funds. Giulia holds a Bachelor and Master in Law from Universita’ di Genova, a second level Master Degree in Compliance in Financial Institutions from Universita’ Cattolica Sacro Cuore and a certification on Financial Markets from the Yale University.
