David Neil Bio

David is CEO of Scruggs/NTS, where he oversees all daily operations and strategic direction. He founded NTS in 1995 and grew the company into the leading provider of water and wastewater services in the Houston market. David is a veteran and respected leader in the industry. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from Texas A&M University and is a Licensed Master Electrician in the State of Texas.
