David O'Brien Bio

Mr. O’Brien is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for RoundTable and joined the Firm in February, 2024. He works closely with the Roundtable team and the portfolio companies to provide counsel and resources to support strategic human resource initiatives. Mr. O’Brien has over 30 years in the Human Resources leadership in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and financial services. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. O’Brien served as Chief Human Resources Officer for HydraForce, a global leader in the hydraulics manufacturing industry. Mr. O’Brien helped lead HydraForce through rapid growth, ultimately leading to a successful integration and acquisition by Bosch Rexroth in 2023.
