Matt Denny Bio

Matt is a Principal at Rosewood Private Investments. Prior to joining Rosewood, Matt was a Vice President at Blackhill Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on restructuring and complex situations, where he was responsible for the execution of pre- and post-petition financial and operational restructuring advisory services, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, corporate carve-outs, and private placement of debt and equity securities. Previously, Matt was also an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase in their Asset Management group.
