Ms. Havens joined Rockland Capital in 2017. She supports the asset managers in overseeing asset management, regulatory compliance, and plant operations activities. Ms. Havens has over 20 years in the power generation industry with a diverse background in operations and maintenance management, project management, Environmental Health & Safety management, and administrative operations. Prior to joining Rockland, she held various positions at Sabine Cogen, L.P., Air Liquide Large Industries U.S., LP, and has experience as a legal assistant. Ms. Havens is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and a senior at Columbia Southern University pursuing a BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
