Kristin Warnke Bio

Ms. Warnke joined Rockland in 2010. Her responsibilities include the smooth running of Rockland’s corporate offices, including facilities management, vendor services, equipment, communication and IT services. In addition, Ms. Warnke is responsible for the planning, development, organization and execution of corporate conferences and events. In addition, Ms. Warnke works with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer on a variety of matters affecting the firm, its funds and the portfolio companies; she also serves as Rockland’s Business Continuity and Information Security Officer. Previously, Ms. Warnke was an administrative member of JP Morgan’s Principal Investments group. Ms. Warnke holds a BA in Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University.
